I always thought a European country or our own country would have the highest number of accessible countries to go to. But, Asian countries are increasingly challenging their European peers in terms of passport power. Japan and Singapore have made it easier to travel and are now considered to have the most powerful passports with a total of 180, now beating out Germany's ranking for the past 5 years with 179. After reading this, it kind of makes sense that the United States would not have the most powerful passport and that has a lot to do with Trump's travel ban and his crack down of building his "great wall."
